David Catherwood

On an early morning ride David Catherwood died after being struck from behind by a car driven by Lindsey Hiddleston.

Described by his friends as a "true Gentleman cyclist", David was a much loved husband and father, and a respected member of the Cycle4Christ Cycling Club.

To mark 10 years since his passing the Cycle Campaign refreshed his Ghost Bike memorial. The original memorial had been installed by Killinchy Cycling Club.

Cycle4Christ runs a charity sportive in honor of David.
